The College of Electrical Training will use all information that is collected and provided by you for the purpose of your initial and continued enrolment and identification only. This information will not be provided to any third party, without your express permission.
Your password should be kept private and confidential at all times. The College of Electrical Training cannot be held responsible for any difficulties occurring through the disclosure of your password to another party.
Online payment is made via PayPal. All issues or problems relating to payment should be addressed through PayPal. The College of Electrical Training takes no responsibility for the administration of the payment system. PayPal can be contacted

Payment needs to be made first in order to secure your place within your chosen course at the College of Electrical Training. Your enrolment will not be accepted or processed until full payment has been received and verified.
The College of Electrical Training cannot guarantee that, on payment for a place in a course, that a place will be available. Should a place not be available following payment, the College of Electrical Training will refund all fees in accordance with its refund terms and conditions.

2 to 7 days
prior to course
commencement: 90% fee refund
1 day or less
prior to course
commencement: Nil fee refund
Please note that these Terms and Conditions do not apply to the Safety Awareness Training Course ("Blue Card").
Refund Policy
The College of Electrical Training understands that due to unforeseen circumstances it is sometimes necessary for a participant to cancel from or provide a substitute to attend a course on which they are registered.
Should the student be unable to attend a course and wishes to nominate a substitute, details of the substitute should be forwarded to the College of Electrical Training no later than five days prior to course commencement.
Should the need arise for the student to transfer his / her registration to alternative course dates they should advise the College of Electrical Training eight days prior to course commencement. Should less than eight days notice be provided to the College a 10% of course fees, administration charge, may be applied up to a maximum of $100.00.
