The College of Electrical Training (CET) has won the WA Large Training Provider Award at the WA Training Awards presentation, an event hosted by Tod Johnston, was attended by key stakeholders including The Hon. Dr Kim Hames MLA, Deputy Premier and Minister for Training and Workforce Development.
CET, the largest provider of electrical and communications training in Western Australia, underwent a stringent judging process to be nominated for this prestigious award.
Carl Copeland, CET’s General Manager said, “CET is thrilled to be recognised as the best large training provider in the state. CET has worked incredibly hard to produce the highest level of quality teaching and training for the electrical and telecommunications industry in Western Australia."

This is not the first time CET’s high standard of training has been recognised at the WA Training Awards. CET was awarded the WA Small Training Provider of the Year Award in 2010 and was a finalist for WA Large Training Provider of the Year in 2013.
Celebrating their 20th year, the WA Training Awards recognise and reward the outstanding achievements of apprentices, trainees and vocational students, and the contribution to training made by trainers, training organisations and employers.
