The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD), regularly surveys publicly funded students (pre-apprentices, apprentices and Priority Industry Training). Feedback requested from these surveys may include seeking information on the quality and quantity of training delivery, and to identify any concerns that students have regarding the performance and conduct of an RTO.
Traditionally, DTWD have used online surveys, however up until June 2022, these online surveys will be completed by telephone, conducted by an external research company called Thinkfield. Thinkfield will be calling students during and outside business hours.
Thinkfield may call you to ask a series of questions based around your experience whilst studying. Please be assured, they are not scam callers and any information that you provide is confidential.
