Course Overview

This course is facilitated and certified by Skillbuild Training through an established partnership with CET.

Designed for licensed electricians who wish to obtain accreditation from the Clean Energy Council (CEC), this course may enable learners to access Federal Government incentives for solar panel installations.

CEC accreditation also requires learners to complete RIIWHS204E Work safely at heights. This course is available here through CET’s sister organisation, Equip-Safe.

UEERE0049	Apply safe work practices in the rooftop solar industry. (Note: This unit is done as a pre-course assignment prior to the course. It will take approximately four hours of on line work with the practical activity done after the course)

UEERE0061	Design grid-connected photovoltaic power supply systems
UEERE0080	Install photovoltaic power conversion equipment to grid

This course is facilitated and certified by Skillbuild Training [RTO 70059] through an established partnership with CET.

Course Requirements

Learners must hold a current WA Unrestricted Electrician’s or Training Licence or equivalent issued in an Australian State or Territory or be in the final year of their electrical apprenticeship.
