This course now qualifies for the Lower Fees, Local Skills Fee Cap! That's right — regardless of how much the course fees for your qualification actually are, you will not pay more than the set fees cap amount per qualification or course each calendar year. All students aged 15—24 years of age are eligible for an annual concession course fee cap of $400, from the date the new fee applied. All students aged 15—24 years of age are eligible for the concession course fee cap of $400. The course fee cap for non-concession students is $1,200 from the date the new fee applied. The College of Electrical Training provides a course for early career starters who have an Electrician's Training License arranged as part of induction, to gain a Certificate II in Electrotechnology (UE22011). The qualification is designed to provide pre-apprenticeship participants with industry specific training to gain skills, knowledge and behaviours to transition into an apprenticeship in the Electrotechnology Industry. Completing this pre-apprenticeship course can provide a range of career opportunities in the electrical, or electronics industries, and will provide students with the following technical and professional skills:
